The 1st thing that shocked me the most is that a can of coke has a lot more sugar than a Red Bull. Another thing that shocked me is that the drinks that I like are the ones that have the most sugar!!!!!!(Red Bull is NOT one of the drinks that I was talking about) The last thing that shocked me is that orange juice has more sugar than Red Bull.(what!!!!!!!!) Too much sugar can erode your teeth, and if you have braces like me, it can loosen your brackets. Powerade has 21 grams of sugar. If you still want to drink soda but don't want as much sugar than you should drink Mountain Dew. Mountain Dew has 31 grams of sugar. Coca Cola has 39 grams of sugar.

One thing that stood out to me was that Cola had the most sugar. Another thing that stood out to me was that water had no sugar at all. A third thing that stood out to me was that a tea had more sugar than Red Bull. To much sugar is bad for you because you could get sick or get a sugar rush.one alternitave that isn't that bad is Milk because it is only 12 grams of sugar. A final alternative is Orange Juice because it is only 23 grams of sugar.

Two things that stand out to me just by looking at the picture is the Coca Cola, and the Nestea, the two drinks that have the most sugar. Another thing that stand out to me just by looking at the picture is the water, which has no sugar. A lot of sugar is bad for you because you can get cavities and have more of a chance to get a heart disease. My alternate drinks are the pineapple juice, because it contains 29 rp, and the chocolate milk, which contains 11 rp. I chose those two drinks because they contain the least amount of sugar.

Another thing that stands out to me is that the energy drink does not have more sugar than the orange juice. The last thing that stands out to me is that one of the juice boxes has almost the same amount of sugar as the energy drink. Too much sugar can be bad for you because it adds calories, its bad for your teeth, it can be addictive for some people, and sugar can lead to people becoming over weight. Besides water, two other healthy alternatives to soda would be soy milk (it has about 1.22 grams of sugar) and unsweetened tea (this has 0 grams of sugar).

Three things that stood out to me is how much sugar there is in a soda. The can of soda is almost all sugar and that was surprising. Also what stood out to me is how much sugar there is in chocolate milk. I thought their would be more sugar in the chocolate milk. The most surprising of all was how much sugar there is in iced tea. I don't drink soda but I love iced tea and I was shocked at all that sugar that is in iced tea. Too much sugar is bad for you because it has unwanted calories. Sugar is also bad for the body because if you have diabetes or not it can raise your blood sugar, which can give you a bad heart disease. A healthy alternative besides water is milk and home made apple juice. Milk has 13 g of sugar and you can decide how much sugar you want to put in home made apple juice. I would not put a lot of sugar in my apple juice because apple's are already sweet, so I would put about 15 g of sugar. These are two of my healthy alternatives.

Three drinks that stand out to me in the picture are that water does not have any sugar. Second is that coke has the most sugar. And third is that the juice box surprisingly also has sugar. Too much sugar is bad for you because it weakens your bones making it easier for them to break. To alternatives for soda would probably be orange juice and the juice box. The orange juice has 24 grams of sugar and the juice box only has 21 grams of sugar.

I notice that the water has no sugar unlike all those other drinks .Also , I think it is strange that the juice box with the starfish had less shugar then the orange juice box. I did not know iced tea had that much sugar! One would be almond milk and another fresh squeezed orange juice. the almond milk 0 and the Oj 8 tsp

There drinks that stand out to me are coke,dole and nestea.they stand out to me because they all have lots of sugar. Too much sugar is bad for you because it has a lot of calories. The two juices are the healthiest out of all of them. I think the grams of sugar that are the healthiest amount is at least one gram.

The first ting that jumps out to me is the amount of sugar in a soda! The second thing is the amount of sugar in the juice because its suppose to be healthy. Lastly, the fact that water has no sugar is definitely a better option. To much sugar is bad for you because it can make you fat and that will lead to other complications. Besides water you can drink low sugar juices and herbal teas. These aren't that great for you but its lower in sugar and better than soda. In low sugar juices there are 2 grams of sugar and herbal teas have no sugar unless you add it.

The things that stand out the are Coca-Cola, which has the most, Neastea, which has almost as much sugar, and water, which has no sugar. Sugar does not count as a nutrient, so there is no healthy benefit. Two alternates to soda are all-natural juice and milk. All-natural juice has about 39 grams, while milk has about 13 grams.

The first thing that stands out to me is the amount of sugar a Coke has. The second thing that stands out is the Nestea which I thought was healthy but has lots of sugar. The third thing that was surprising is the amount of sugar that the Redbull and Dole juice equally have. The reason sugar is bad is it can make you lazy and its very unhealthy for your body. Sparkling Lemon water is my first choice which has 0 grams of sugar. Orange Juice is my second which has 20 grams of sugar.

When I looked at the photo of drinks and sugar, the first thing that stood out was the fact that most of the drinks in the picture had a lot of sugar in them. The second thing that I noticed was that even the drinks that I though were healthy, like a can of fruit juice or a juice box had a bunch of sugar in them. The last thing that I noticed was that the water was the only drink that had no sugar in it. Also, even though I knew soda had a lot of sugar in it. I did not know that drinking a can of soda is like, drinking a can of sugar. Too much sugar is bad for you because it can cause obesity by giving you calories without nutrition. It can cause tooth decay and it can affect your teeth enamel. It can also make sick people sicker. Two alternatives to drinking soda that I chose are water with fruit in it like fresh strawberries, lemons, or oranges or a drink of vegetable juice. Water with a cup of strawberries in it contains 8 grams of sugar per cup. Blended carrot juice with five large carrots has 17 grams of sugar in it.

I can't believe the only drink without sugar is water. Wow! That much sugar it is not good for health. Coca Cola, Nestea, and Orange Punch has way more sugar than the other drinks. I do not want that much sugar in my body. The reason is it will make me to gain weight, it will affect my teeth, and it will cause disease like diabetes. The two alternate drinks for me is Milk which is 14 grams of sugar and Zica Coconut water which has 15 grams of sugar.

The three things that stand out are the ice tea, orange juice, and the coke. To much sugar is bad for you because you won't be as healthy as you were before. The two healthy alternatives I would make to soda is that it should have less than 10 grams of sugar and less caffeine.

Finally, the thing that stood out to me the most was the orange juice because it had more sugar than red bull! Two good alternative drinks for your body are milk and squeezed juice. Milk has 13 grams of sugar and squeezed grape juice has 15 grams of sugar.

Last, on more thing that stood out to me is that my favorite drink (Coke) is one of the beverages with the most sugar. Sugar is bad for you because it will cause tooth decay and is a leading cause of obesity in adults and children. The amount of sugar you should have on a daily basis, according to the American Heart Association is for Men: 150 calories per day (37.5 grams or 9 teaspoons). And for Women: 100 calories per day (25 grams or 6 teaspoons). The limit of sugar for children is 3 to 4 teaspoons during the preschool and early elementary years, and between 5 and 8 teaspoons during the tween and teen years. My healthy alternative beverages are carrot juice (41 grams of sugar) and a spinach smoothie with strawberries and bananas (10 grams of sugar).

When I had a glimpse of the picture the first thing i noticed was that all of the bags were full of sugar! The other thing I noticed was that some drinks that I thought were heathier were actually one of the bags that were the fullest. The last thing that I saw was that the water bag was the only bag that didn't have one single crumb of sugar.Too much sugar can make your teeth rot. You can also start to get a little bigger in weight from too much sugar. The first alternative I would pick are smoothies made out of fruit and eggs. The second alternative I would choose is fresh,cold milk.

There are many things that surprised me when I saw this picture. One thing that shocked me was the fact that Nestea has more sugar than Red Bull. Also, I thought the Nestea drink was really healthy, but it almost has as much sugar as Coca Cola. Another thing surprised me was that Coca Cola appears to have more sugar than can fit in the can. I probably drink Coke about one time per week. Too much sugar is bad for you because it can erode your teeth. It can also decrease the level of energy that you have. Comparing Nestea to green tea, green tea has 1-2 calories per cup and 0 grams of sugar. Also, instead of chocolate milk, try soy milk, which has 80 calories and 1 gram of sugar per cup.

One is sugar another is fat and the last one is sodium. Too much sugar is very bad because you can get sick with diabeatese. Two alternatives could be milk and orange juice. Milk has 12 grams and orange juice has 24 grams.

When I look at the picture I think of how much sugar there is in there , it look like some one could get sick with all of that sugar ,and it seems like it not healthy for our body's. To much sugar is bad for you because you can get sick and your health will be bad. Instead of soda i drink water,and natural juices. Water does not have any sugar ,but natural juices have sugar but that is natural.
